A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $100.00 is placed on a puppy to hold.
You are agreeing to pay for this puppy in full at time of pick-up. At this
time you will be given a date of no less than 8 weeks and no more
than 10 weeks old, depending on size of puppy and how well I think it
will adjust to the transition from my home to yours. If a circumstance
arises that something should happen to said puppy while in my care, I
will refund the total amount of your deposit.

If said puppy is not paid for in full by this date, then I will allow the
puppy to go to the next buyer in line.
I the Breeder Warranty the Buyer-the following:
Puppy has been seen by a certified Vet.
Is up to date on all Shots and Deworming
Has had a complete Veterinarian Check-Heart, Fontonelle, Reflexes,
Hernia, Ears, Eyes and Knees.
Puppy is healthy at the time of sale and has been recorded at the Vets
office. You will have 3 Days from the date of pick-up to have your
puppy Vet checked to your satisfaction on the over all health. Should
he find a Birth Defect, bring to me in Writing on a Letterhead, the
condition that was found, and the said puppy in the SAME HEALTH it
was sold to you in, and I will return your full purchase price. If no
claim has been made in the 3 days, you will forfeit your full purchase
price. I will not be responsible for any Vet bills after the puppy has
left my home.
I DO NOT Warrant the following:(this includes but is not limited to)
HERNIA REMOVIAL-should you choose to take the puppy after I have
written and pointed this out.
EXTERNAL or INTERNAL PARASITES-although every precaution has
been taken to make sure your puppy has none.
HYPOGLYCEMIA (Low Blood Sugar)- if your puppy should drop its
sugar level get it to you Vets IMMEDIATELY. This can be life
threatening. I will send home a paper with you on the signs to look
for. Make sure you READ this it will be crucial to your puppies well
being.
DEHYDRATION-ACCIDENTS-IMPROPER SUPERVISION
OR WEIGHT OF PUPPY- We need you to understand that weight on
your puppy also has to do with Spay/Neuter, The Food you feed, and
the amount of Exercise you puppy gets. Inadequate exercise will
make your dog overweight. Feeding your puppy other than
NutroMax Puppy(PetSmart, Tractor Supply,Co-op) for the first 6
months will void this contract.
Your Responsibilities are:
Vet check ups on a regular basis
Grooming set up on a regular schedule of every 6-8 weeks
Food and water accessible at all times
PLENTY OF REST AND SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES
By signing this contract you have read and agree to all the provisions
set forth in this contract. Additional agreements to be hand written
below.
